Registration:
For registration, it is necessary to fill the Partipication Registration Form. Participation Registration Form should be sent to symposium secretary by e-mail (bilgi@kentsaglik.org). Each participant should fill a registration form. The register is not valid, till the partipicaiton fee is taken by the symposium authorities.

Registration Fee:
Early Registration (Till 18th of May 2007): 50 €
Normal Registration (After 18th of May 2007): 100 €
Daily partipication fee to the symposium : 50 €
