Registration
For registration, it is necessary to fill the Participation Registration Form should be sent to symposium secretary by e-mail (kentsaglik@nilufer.bel.tr). Each participant should fill a registration form. The register is not valid, till the partipicaiton fee is taken by the symposium authorities.

Normal Registration : 80 euro
(After 6th of May 2011)
Daily partipication fee to the symposium : 40 euro
