Language
The official language of the symposium is Turkish.
Simultaneous synchronized translation into both Turkish and English will be provided throughout the symposium.
Coffee Breaks and Lunches
Refreshments will be provided during mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks. A lunch will be provided for partipicants each day by the organization commitee.

Accommodation
The possibilities and alternatives in accomommodation for participants will be announced on the symposium web site and in the second call. The symposium partipicants are supposed to book accomodation by themselves.

Transportation
It is possible to access (reach) the details in transportation to BAOB Campus, where the symposium will be held, on the symposium web site for the partipicants
For the partipicants who will stay in the guest houses and hotels adviced by the organization commitee, free transportation will be provided to the BAOB Campus throughout the symposium.
