The official language of the symposium is Turkish and English.
Simultaneous synchronized translation into both Turkish and English will be provided throughout the symposium.

Coffee Breaks and Lunches
Refreshments will be provided during mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks. A lunch will be provided for partipicants each day by the organizing commitee.

Accommodation
The possibilities and alternatives in accomommodation for participants will be announced on the symposium web site and within the second call. The symposium partipicants are supposed to book accomodation by themselves.

Transportation
It is possible to access the details in transportation to Uğur Mumcu Activity Hall, where the symposium will be held, by clicking.
For the partipicants who will stay in the guest houses and hotels adviced by the organizing commitee, free transportation will be provided to the Uğur Mumcu Activity Hall throughout the symposium.
