Instructions For Sendig Papers
• The only acceptance for the paper abstracts will only be by
e-mail (bildiri@kentsaglik.org). Another way is not valid.
• Abstracts will be sent with the Paper Registration Form, filled by the speaker / writer.
In 7 days, the sender will get an information e-mail that paper got. Whether not, please contact with the symposium secretary.

• Only convenient papers for the symposium topics will be accepted.
Each Paper will be evaluated by two members of science committee.
Abstracts of papers will be accepted. Full paper text will not be required of the researchers. The accepted papers, will be published in the symposium abstract book.
The deadline for abstract acceptance is April 20th, 2007. The deadline will not be delayed and the late papers will not be evaluated.
Best 3 ones among the papers will be awarded, according to the science committee evaluation.
The evaluation results of the papers will be announced on
May 7th, 2007.
The writers, who will present the papers, should registration for the symposium till May 18th, 2007. Registration is not valid, till the partipication fee got by the symposium authorities.
The papers of the speakers who do not register will not be published in the symposium abstract book.
Papers should never be presented or published before and during the paper application, it should be declared.
Participants may reach the paper preparing instructions on the symposium web site.
Instructions For Oral And Poster Presentations
Contents
• The paper abstracts should be clear and understandable according to content and scope
• Papers should be convenient for the main topics of symposium. Priority will be given to original paper abstracts which contains deep and particular outcome of the research.
Format
• There should be introduction and method, findings, discussion and conclusion parts in each abstract.
Papers may be submitted in Turkish or in English.
• Abstracts shouldn't be more than 500 words.
The size of the abstract should be less than 1MB
There should'nt be any attachment or reference material within the abstract.
• The presentation, will be oral or poster, should be written down on the paper registration form . However the time is limited in Symposium for oral papers, there's no guarantee for acceptance of the papers as oral. The type of the paper will be decided according to the advices of Science Committee.
• At least 3, maximum 3 key word should be written.
The size of the paper abstract should be less than 1 MB

Speaker / Writer in Contact
The person who will present the paper. This person should register for the paper and should fill the Paper Registration Form All the correspondance and the evaluation results for the paper will be sent to that person's e-mail adress. The speaker's contact information should be filled clearly in the Paper Registration Form.

Presantation Preference
The speaker writer should choose the presantation preference of the paper type (oral or poster) in the Paper Registration Form For the topic preference, a sub-topic of the main topics (e.g A1, D3) should be chosen.
3) Joint Writers
All the names and the contact information of the writers should be written in Paper Registration Form.
The Announcement Of The Paper Evaluation Results
For each paper abstract, a letter containing the desicion of science comittee, from May 07th, 2007, will be sent to the speaker writer by e-mail. This letter, if the abstract accepted, will contain oral or poster presentation information and the guide for paper instructions. The instructions for oral and poster paper presentations will also announced on the web site.
Paper Abstract Format
1) Paper abstracts will be Microsoft Word Document and will be portrait A4 orientation.

3) Page Margins:
• 3,54 cm right
• 4,5 cm left
• 4,75 cm bottom
• 6 cm top
4) Title:
• Times New Roman, 14 font
• Bold
• Left justified
• Only first letters capitalized
5) Writer / Writers:
• Times New Roman, 12 font
• Bold
• Left justified
• First surname, in capital letters; than first name, only first letter capitalized.
• The speakers name will be written in the same format but will be underlined.
6) Writer’s or Writers Institution:
• Times New Roman, 10 font
• Normal, Italic
• Left justified
• Only first letters will be capital
7) Papers Abstract Sub Titles:
• Times New Roman, 10 font,
• Bold
• Left justified
• First letters capital
8) Text:
• Times New Roman, 9 font,
• Normal
• Both sides justified
9) The acknowledgements in the text or notes should be written in paranthesis, as surname / surnames and publishment year.
10) Key words at least 3, at most 5 should bewritten with Times new roman, 9 font, normal and rihgt
11) If resources or references avaliable, they should given at the last part of the paper and should written in alphabetic order. With Times New Roman, 9 font, italic and both sides justified.
Instructions For Poster Presentations
1) Each poster will be present on a 70(width)x90(lenght) cm field
2) If the poster exceeds these sizes, it will not be accepted.
3) The letters on the poster should be read from one meter distance easily.
4) On the top of each poster there should be the names and the Institution names of the writers and the contact address of the writer responsible fort he poster presantation.
5) The Title’s letters should be at least 2,5 cm size.
